Earlier I had regular visitor insurance by some other provider which was not useful for any practical purpose as it was not accepted by any medical provider. Then I switched to LC. I am impressed with their list of providers available and their prompt / professional service in processing claims. Now I know when I got with LC for visitors from India to USA I can have peace of mind. Thank you

Great service. Had to file a claim and the process was smooth. Did not faced any issues.

I had to file a few claims. The good thing is that they did cover all the claims without raising any fuss. However, the processing time was very long. In addition, there was apparently some miscommunication between the insurance company and the Dr's office, which resulted in further delays and headache.

Had to visit the hospital in Thailand due to Dengue Fever and Lisaison Continent was fortunately covering the stay. However, it took lots of chasing for them to pay the bill on time (i.e. we called several times a day) and the company could have been more supportive. Subsequent claim for a required follow up visit and blood check was simply ignored. I never received a response to my claim via email.
