Do not waste your money. When the time will come to pay, they will nickle and dime you and will not pay for anything claiming pre-existing conditions. If you are buying your elderly parents, who have age related issues like blood pressure, claim will be denied if they go to hospital for heart attack or even racing heart fro some unknown new reason. On customer service side, this is worst I have ever seen. That is after wasting my premium of $ 4500.00

Still waiting for the check refund. takes so long. coverage of medical was good though.

i purchased it for my son and unfortunately had to visit the urgent care. It was fully covered by the insurance company. Though it is not cashless but customer care was friendly enough to get it sorted after your visit.
